**1. Organizer**
The competition is organized by Startup Sesame, located at 37 rue Villiers de L'Isle Adam, 75020 Paris, France.

**2. Event**
The competition offers a chance to win tickets to SaaStock Europe in Dublin.

**3. Eligibility**
Participation is open to startup founders from anywhere in the world. The startup must be a SaaS or B2B software company. There are no age restrictions. Employees, agents, and representatives of Startup Sesame and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

**4. Entry Method**
Participants must fill out the competition entry form available on the Startup Sesame website (www.sesamers.com). Only one entry is allowed per person. Multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified.

**5. Competition Period**
The competition starts on September 10, 2024, at 00:01 CET and ends on September 30, 2024, at 23:59 CET.

**6. Prizes**
There are 10 tickets available, with one ticket per winner. Each ticket grants access to SaaStock Europe in Dublin. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash or credit alternatives are available.

**7. Winner Selection**
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The random draw will be conducted by Startup Sesame or its designated representative.

**8. Notification of Winners**
Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry within 7 days of the competition closing date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected at random.

**9. Organizer's Rights**
Startup Sesame reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at any time if necessary. No claims or reimbursements will be entertained for any reason whatsoever.

**10. Privacy**
Personal data collected during the competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of managing the competition and will not be shared with third parties without the consent of the participant.

**11. Acceptance of Terms**
By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

**12. Governing Law**
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of France, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
