Why Apply?

Simed's IV Open Call for Startups invites emerging companies in the real estate sector, up to 5 years old, to present innovative solutions in PropTech, ConTech, and FinTech. Selected startups will gain exposure to investors and experts, participate in networking events, and have the opportunity to win a €2,000 prize.

Who can apply?

  • Startup Status

    Startups must operate within the real estate sector, specifically in PropTech, ConTech, or FinTech, and be seeking investment opportunities

  • Company Age

    The company must have been incorporated no earlier than January 1, 2020.


  • Previous Awards

    The startup should not have previously won this award in any past editions of the competition.

Timeline

August 31
Deadline for submitting startup applications (by 11:59 PM).

September 11–22
Evaluation period for submitted applications.

October 7
Online presentations to the evaluation committee.

October 9
Notification of selected startups.

October 15
Final deadline for selected startups to confirm participation.

November 13–15
SIMed 2025 event at FYCMA, Málaga.

November 15
Final presentations, voting, and award ceremony during the SIMed 2025 event.

    The winning startup receives a monetary award of €2,000

    Finalists are selected to present their projects to investors and industry experts, with a 6-minute slot (3-minute pitch + 3-minute Q&A)
