Job description

You will need to take responsibility for decision and execution on:

  • Production - determine the technical requirements (costs, processes…) needed to scale-up production of key inorganic materials.
  • Customer Manufacturing and GTM success - successfully design and conduct quality assessment and quality control with customers’ Manufacturing, R&D and Engineering teams to completion.
  • Distribution - assess cost structures, distribution channels, geographical challenges and regulatory obligations
  • Partnerships - scout, approach, negotiate and close the most relevant partners to safely (and in full trust) distribute or co-manufacture with.

You will work on solving a generational problem along with a world-class team. You will have the possibility to own shares in the company and will work in a fast-paced, fascinating environment.

 

 

Preferred experiences

  • Technical background or proven track record working in a technical environment
  • Significant experience tackling manufacturing challenges and onboarding key industrial partners
  • Previous success working with executives at medium and large industrial companies
  • Savviness on AI and materials development challenges
  • Ability to take responsibility and be autonomous
  • Get-s*it-done attitude
  • Fluent English
