Biopythos
Biopythos manufactures ceramic containers (jars, amphorae, and eggs) in Limoges, France, for winemaking and aging. They offer products in stoneware and porcelain with capacities from 1 to 550L. Biopythos controls the entire production chain, from raw material sourcing (mainly French quarries) to the design and manufacturing of the tanks in their workshop in Bonnac la Côte. This allows them to manage the micro-oxygenation characteristics of their products. Their ceramic containers are fired at high temperatures (1250-1300°C), ensuring neutrality and food suitability, validated by the Société Française de Céramique. These containers are designed to produce fruity, fresh, and precise wines that highlight the terroir and the winemaker's work, without woody aromas.
