Boardwurks Biocomposites is a circular-economy materials startup transforming purpose-grown natural fibers, reclaimed fiberglass, and agricultural residues into high-performance, sustainable panels for construction, marine, and industrial applications. Founded to eliminate waste and reduce embodied carbon, Boardwurks bridges renewable bio-materials with advanced recycling to deliver scalable, low-impact manufacturing solutions. Our NattyBOARD® line uses Miscanthus, hemp, bagasse, and flax to replace plywood and MDF with renewable, moisture-resistant composites. The ReBOARD® platform upcycles fiberglass from end-of-life boats, wind turbines, and industrial scrap, while DUC-Board™ converts urethane foam dust into structural cores that outperform synthetic alternatives. Through regional micro-plants co-located with agricultural and recycling partners, Boardwurks minimizes logistics costs and emissions while supporting local green-job creation. Each facility is designed for circular production — turning waste streams into durable, high-value materials. By merging bio-based innovation with industrial recycling, Boardwurks is redefining what’s possible in sustainable manufacturing — proving that the strongest materials of tomorrow are grown, recovered, and reborn.
