Co-Founder – Business & Growth

D-Fund is an early-stage startup building a decentralized platform to match entrepreneurs, talents, investors, and ideas through curated opportunities. Our product is live in beta, and we're now looking for a business-oriented co-founder to help us scale.

You’ll be in charge of turning product-market fit into real growth: shaping the go-to-market strategy, activating marketing funnels, building key partnerships, and engaging our user base. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the existing product and tech founder, and share full strategic responsibility.

We’re not just looking for an employee — this is a co-founder position, with equity and long-term involvement.

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset — builder > executor
• 2–5 years experience in marketing, business development, or startup growth
• Clear understanding of startup dynamics (MVP, traction, acquisition loops…)
• Fluent in French and English
• Bonus: experience in early-stage fundraising or VC relations
