Our Product

Embeddable is a developer tool for building customer-facing analytics.

We provide a complete toolkit including:

• A backend component that connects to your data sources.
• A drag-and-drop builder application for building dashboards.
• A frontend component which you can embed natively into your product.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain features across our entire stack.
• Work closely with the founders and designer to shape the product roadmap.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help scale our infrastructure.
• Mentor and support future team members.

About You

• You have 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• You thrive in fast-paced startup environments and are comfortable with ambiguity.
• You have strong experience with Typescript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• You have experience building complex web applications, ideally with a focus on data visualization or developer tools.
• You have a strong understanding of software design principles and best practices.
• You are passionate about building great user experiences and have a keen eye for detail.
• You are a strong communicator and collaborator.
• You are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.

Interview Process

1. Intro Call (30 mins): Chat with one of the founders to learn more about Embeddable and the role.
2. Technical Interview (60 mins): Discuss your technical background and work through a coding exercise.
3. System Design Interview (60 mins): Design a system related to our product domain.
4. Founder Interview (45 mins): Meet with the other founder to discuss your experience and fit with the team.
5. Offer: We aim to move quickly and make a decision within a few days.
