La Ferme Intégrale is an aquaponic farm focused on sustainable and responsible food production. They combine aquaculture (fish farming) and hydroponics (soilless plant cultivation) in a closed-loop system to produce fresh, local fish (specifically Sandre/Pike-perch), vegetables, and aromatic herbs for urban and surrounding areas. Their mission is to contribute to food autonomy by offering a model of co-production that is environmentally friendly, minimizing water usage and eliminating synthetic pesticides and antibiotics.
