Lowit aims to accelerate the energy transition of tertiary buildings using a distinctive approach and a digital tool. Successfully renovating the energy performance of the tertiary building stock is crucial for meeting ecological transition goals and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The French government has set ambitious consumption reduction targets ("décret tertiaire"): -40% by 2030 and -60% by 2050. Lowit has developed a software tool dedicated to the energy renovation of tertiary properties. It enables a rapid diagnosis of any French tertiary building, serving as a decision support tool that facilitates action and implementation of renovation works. The Lowit application leverages an innovative approach, combining territorial data with industry expertise, a physical understanding of thermal issues, and specific uses in the tertiary sector.
