However, many current solutions have unpleasant textures, lack flavor, have long ingredient lists filled with additives, are low in nutritional value, and are too expensive for the average household. We leverage natural fermentation to create affordable, nutritious and tasty solutions from non-GMO fungi. Its versatility allows for creating the first single-ingredient meat and seafood analogues and enhancing existing product functionality across convenience, confectionary, dairy, bakery, pet food, health & wellness applications.
