Surfix is an early revenue generating company which brings lab excellence to point-of-care testing (POCT) with an innovative Photonic Diagnostic Platform—a multi-modal solution that combines beyond lab-level precision for immunoassays with the speed and simplicity of point-of-care testing. Our platform leverages and combines photonics and selective coating technologies with smart microfluidics usage to deliver fast, highly accurate, and cost-effective diagnostics across multiple diseases where sensitivity is below the limit of detection of mainstream POCTs, addressing a significant gap in current healthcare delivery. We started development in 2021 and are moving fast. Last year we have been evaluated by two top-top tier diagnostic players in paid blind studies. Both were extremely positive about the outcome and moved to larger follow-up studies. This month we have obtained outstanding results in a second blind study with one of them.
