Sales Engineer

AeroDIODE designs and manufactures advanced laser and optical solutions for industrial and scientific applications. As part of our growth, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI).

Missions:

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of international clients (research labs, industrial groups).
• Identify new opportunities and prospects.
• Analyze customer technical needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts.
• Participate in international trade shows and conferences.
• Contribute to the marketing strategy and competitive intelligence.

**Location:** Institut d'Optique d'Aquitaine, Rue François Mitterrand, 33400 Talence / Pessac.

**Contract:** Full-time Permanent Contract (CDI).

**Compensation:** According to profile and experience.

Graduate level (Bac+5) from an engineering school or university, preferably with a specialization in Optics/Photonics or Physics.

• A first successful experience in technical sales (B2B), ideally in the field of optics/photonics, is a plus.
• Alternatively, a strong technical background in lasers/optics with a desire to move into a sales role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and customer focus.
• Dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, and results-oriented.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) is mandatory. Knowledge of another language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20% of the time).
