Key Account Manager
Job description
•As a Key Account Manager at Alivion, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients. Your main tasks include:
- Developing a deep understanding of client needs and objectives.
- Creating and executing strategic account plans.
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Negotiating contracts and closing agreements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proactively build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Preferred experiences
•- 3+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in the healthcare or consulting industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
