Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager at Alivion, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients. Your main tasks include:

• Developing a deep understanding of client needs and objectives.
• Creating and executing strategic account plans.
• Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Negotiating contracts and closing agreements.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Proactively build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

• 3+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in the healthcare or consulting industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
