Senior Project Manager / Team Leader

As a Senior Project Manager / Team Leader at Alivion, you will have dual responsibilities: managing large, complex projects and leading a team. Your tasks include:

• Leading the planning and implementation of major projects.
• Managing project budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of project managers.
• Setting team goals and performance expectations.
• Providing guidance and support to team members.
• Ensuring project and team success.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
• 3+ years of experience in a team leadership or management role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
