Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate or Associate Scientist to join our Discovery Biology group. The successful candidate will contribute to the identification and validation of novel drug targets and the characterization of therapeutic candidates for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Responsibilities include designing and executing cell-based assays, molecular biology techniques (cloning, qPCR, Western blotting), data analysis, and presenting findings. This role provides an opportunity to work on cutting-edge science in a collaborative team environment. Requirements include a BS/MS in a relevant biological science with hands-on laboratory experience. Title and compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Preferred experiences

BS/MS in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, or a related field. Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, molecular biology techniques (cloning, PCR, Western blot), and cell-based assays (e.g., ELISA, flow cytometry, reporter assays). Experience in immunology or inflammation research is highly desirable. Ability to independently design experiments, analyze data, and troubleshoot technical issues.
