Community Manager
Job description
•As a Community Manager at ByteHide, you will be the voice of our company within the developer community. Your main goal will be to build, grow, and manage our online community, fostering engagement and loyalty. You will create and curate content, manage social media channels, organize online events, and gather feedback to help improve our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to connect with developers on their level. We offer a stable, full-time position with the flexibility to work 100% remotely.
Preferred experiences
•At least 3 years of experience as a Community Manager, preferably in the tech or software development sector. Proven ability to build and manage online communities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms. Familiarity with developer communities, forums, and platforms (e.g., Discord, Reddit, Stack Overflow). Basic understanding of software development concepts is desirable. Proactive, creative, and able to work independently.
