Cybersecurity Analyst
Job description
•As a Cybersecurity Analyst at ByteHide, you will play a vital role in protecting our company's infrastructure, applications, and data from cyber threats. You will be responsible for monitoring our security systems, analyzing security alerts, investigating incidents, and identifying vulnerabilities. You will work on implementing and maintaining security controls, conducting risk assessments, and contributing to the development of security policies and procedures. Your goal is to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of ByteHide's assets and our customers' data. We offer a stable, full-time position with the flexibility to work 100% remotely.
Preferred experiences
•At least 3 years of experience in a cybersecurity role (e.g., Security Analyst, SOC Analyst, Security Engineer). Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), common threats, and attack vectors. Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, vulnerability scanners, and firewalls. Knowledge of network protocols, network security, and operating system security (Windows, Linux). Experience with incident response procedures and digital forensics basics. Familiarity with cloud security concepts (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP) are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
