Customer Success Manager
Job description
•As a Customer Success Manager at CarbonChain, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they are successfully using our platform to achieve their carbon reduction goals. Your responsibilities will include: onboarding new clients, providing training and support, building strong relationships, proactively identifying opportunities for growth, and gathering client feedback to inform product development. You will work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Preferred experiences
•3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management). Proven track record of building strong client relationships and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Knowledge of sustainability and carbon accounting is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
