Account Executive
Job description
•Gretel is seeking a results-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for driving the full sales cycle for Gretel's synthetic data platform within enterprise accounts. This includes prospecting and identifying new opportunities, qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their data challenges and articulate how Gretel's solutions can help them innovate faster while ensuring data privacy.
Preferred experiences
•Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales, specifically selling technical products, data solutions, or AI/ML platforms to enterprise customers.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and navigating enterprise procurement processes.
- Strong prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of a technical product.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
