•At Rayon, we're building a collaborative space planning tool that is revolutionizing how architects, designers, and construction professionals work. We are looking for a talented Backend Engineer to join our team.
As a Backend Engineer at Rayon, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain the backend systems and APIs that power our application.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate APIs and implement new features.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our backend infrastructure.
- Contribute to improving our development process and tooling.

Preferred experiences
•- 3+ years of experience as a backend engineer.
- Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience building and maintaining scalable APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
