•At Rayon, we're building a collaborative space planning tool that empowers architects, designers, and construction professionals to work together seamlessly. We're looking for a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our growing team.
As a Product Designer at Rayon, you will:
- Own the design of new features from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define product strategy and roadmap.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Contribute to and maintain our design system.
- Help to grow and to shape our design culture.

Preferred experiences
•- 3+ years of experience as a product designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
- Experience designing for web applications.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bonus: Experience with 3D design or CAD software.
