Account Executive
Job description
•Your mission: As an Account Executive at Remuner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads generated by SDRs to closing deals. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting Remuner's value proposition effectively, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the SaaS B2B landscape.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process for assigned leads, from initial contact to contract signature.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospective clients' needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and product teams to optimize sales strategies and customer feedback loops.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Represent Remuner at industry events and conferences as needed.
Preferred experiences
•Profile we are looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience in a closing role (Account Executive or similar) within a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies and CRM tools.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with senior executives.
- Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
Interview process

- Fit interview with Baptiste, CEO (30 min).
