Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Job description
•Your mission: As the first Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Remuner, your role is crucial in spearheading our commercial expansion. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, thereby laying the groundwork for successful engagements managed by the Account Executive. This position offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact Remuner's growth trajectory and shape our sales development strategies from the ground up.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels (cold emailing, LinkedIn, cold calling, networking events).
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with Remuner’s ideal customer profile.
- Nurture leads and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Account Executive.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and lead information in the CRM system.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
Preferred experiences
•Profile we are looking for:
- Initial experience in sales development or a similar role, ideally within a SaaS B2B environment (internship or work-study included).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
Interview process
•Our recruitment process:
- Introductory call with Alexandra, Talent Acquisition Manager (30 min).
- Technical interview with Hugo, Head of Sales (45 min).
- Case study and debrief with Hugo and Baptiste, CEO (1h).
- Fit interview with Baptiste, CEO (30 min).
