Business & Operations Intern

What You'll Do

Depending on your background and interests, you’ll support high-impact projects in areas such as: 

• Business Strategy & Operations

o Help develop internal systems and dashboards (Notion, Airtable, or AI tooling) 

o Support grant and pilot program activities 

o Engage in process improvement 

o Assist in internal and external communications 

• Digital & Automation Tools

o Explore and integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Notion AI, etc.) 

into business ops and comms safely. 

o Build low-code tools, automated reports, or custom dashboards for tracking 

internal processes 

o Support digital infrastructure for our team across two countries 

• Commercial & Partnerships

o Conduct market or customer research to support go to market activities 

o Help with customer engagement, with events, marketing and tracking tools 

o Prepare summaries or briefings for partners, OEMs, or grant funders

The right candidate:

We welcome applicants from diverse fields including but not limited to, MBA programs, 

innovation management, software or digital engineering, sustainability, or business analytics. 

• Currently studying or recently completed an MBA, MSc in Sustainability, Business 

Analytics, Digital/Innovation Management, or similar 

• Strong skills in communications, digital tools or operations 

• Independent and proactive, able to take ownership of a small project within a 

collaborative environment 

• Passionate about climate, innovation, and scaling impact through business 

• Bonus: Any experience in market research, digital integration, product marketing, or 

CRM/ops tools 

• Fluent in English
