The basis of InSky Solutions' business is customer relationship management and user experience or CRM. Customer-oriented companies and CRM as a philosophy is something that we live together with our customers, as well as with the customers of our customers. Instead of complicated and expensive software, we offer functional business solutions developed on well-known and recognized Microsoft tools: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and Office 365. With business consulting, we prepare companies for harmonization and change of business processes, both in individual departments and in the entire organization. Technology, as such, comes last. The industrial knowledge we have gained along the way, in sectors such as tourism, pharmacy, finance, manufacturing, public sector, ICT, etc. helps us to identify the real needs of users and bring it closer to the benefits of user-oriented processes. The future of using CRM lies in predicting the behavior of our customers and anticipating their needs. To achieve this and provide a view into the "crystal ball", it is necessary to analyze a large amount of information, the so-called Big Data, and generate meaningful and useful wholes from them. For this purpose, we use Business Intelligence solutions with which we enrich the view of the user and his needs and follow his trends. Based on historical data, predictive tools learn from already collected samples and adapt. In each iteration, they become more efficient and accurate in recognizing patterns and better predicting the future. Our philosophy is user-oriented, i.e., through the users of our users through specific solutions such as contact center, loyalty program, marketing automation, operation interface and others, built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. With innovations, a fresh approach, initial solution architecture and many years of experience, we have managed to satisfy even our most demanding customers functionally, technologically, and ergonomically. We build our own development on talented and creative people who have a significant concentration of knowledge and experience in the field of CRM. Our team is joined by new forces of development engineers, consultants and data scientists who enable us stable and organic growth, while by partnering we cover everything that is compatible with our portfolio of products and services. We are leaders in the Croatian tourism sector. With the largest hotel chains such as Valamar, Maistra, Arena, Aminessa and Liburnia, as well as digitally progressive, such as Amadria Park, Medora, Sunny Hvar, Hotel Njivice, HUP Zagreb, Hotel Cavtat, Hotel Metropol, Jadranka turizma, Jadrana from Crikvenica, HTP Korcula , HTP Orebić, which are the leaders in accepting CRM solutions, we are embarking on new projects. The TourismInSky solution portfolio was initially created on the horizontal contact center solution - ContactInSky and expanded very quickly and now includes modules for direct sales, groups and allotments, marketing automation and loyalty program, congress tourism, operations interface, geomarketing, mobile application, facility management and activities, smart rooms, the Internet of things and prediction. Innovative solutions have been recognized beyond borders, so we are proud to point out that we are building a Croatian story for global success with our foreign partners. The loyalty program is a solution that is recognized by our clients in tourism, wholesale, retail, and pharmacy. LoyaltyInSky solution, within the Adiva program PHOENIX Pharmacy, the most widespread and most represented in Croatia and the region with over 200,000 members. The solution includes innovative technological and marketing elements in the service of a structured reward system, with the aim of increasing customer loyalty. It also monitors the cost-effectiveness of such activities as well as the success factors of the program. There is also great interest in our innovative mobile business applications. By implementing the MobileInSky solution, a unique mobile application in today's B2B market, the pharmaceutical industry is moving towards the development of a new platform for managing relationships with its customers and pharmacies and their employees, which will, in addition to its educational and entertaining nature, greatly contribute to communication with patients and among themselves. Our vertical solutions have also found a place in the financial sector, the real estate appraisal process, manufacturing companies, as well as in the ICT sector. RealestateInSky, a solution that manages the real estate appraisal process, has been successfully implemented and integrated into Erste Real Estate systems. RealestateInSky provides unique business support in valuation as well as property management, combining and automating all processes in the organization additionally using a mobile interface, geolocation, and the desired approval process. All requests, assessments and correspondence between different stakeholders and clients are done through this solution. Domestic and international awards are proof of our excellence. At the EuroCloud Europe ceremony for 2017, held in Brussels, InSky Solutions, as a national winner, also won in very strong European competition. A few days before the EuroCloud Awards, a Best Stay conference was held in Split where our efforts, ideas, innovation, work and finally the product were recognized by a renowned jury and where we were awarded as: Most Innovative ICT Hotel Solution or - The most innovative ICT solution for hotel industry. Recognition in the global market, through innovative products, InSky successfully achieves in 2019. We were declared a finalist for winning the most prestigious European award European IT and Software Excellence Awards 2019 in the category Vertical Application Solution of the Year for TourismInSky solution. InSky is proudly on the list of the world's leading companies with revenues of hundreds of millions of US dollars, which once again confirms the fact that InSky is committed to the global market and how it can compete with large global companies in terms of innovation and vision. The InSky Solutions solution was selected as Highly Commended. On 25 years of existence of the technological media house VIDI, the first 25 solutions were selected which were professionally and thoroughly evaluated based on as many as 17 criteria by representatives of the Croatian Informatics Association and representatives of the media house VIDI. Among the 25 applications, the TourismInSky solution has found its place, which is another in a series of proofs that it is an exceptionally high-quality technological solution that needs to be paid attention to. InSky is a proud holder of as many as two Travel and Hospitality Awards, ie the TourismInSky solution was chosen as the best CRM solution in 2019 and 2020 in Europe. LUXlife Magazine named TourismInSky the most innovative hospitality solution in 2021. In 2021, InSky continues to win awards, this time from the Luxury Travel Guide for CRM Platform of the Year, thus confirming its expertise and from Corporate Vision Magazine for the best customer-centric solution in Croatia. In 2022, Corporate Live Wire recognizes InSky and awards our company a prestigious award and first place for an innovative approach and demonstration of exceptional business performance, while the IT Europe Channel Awards included InSky in the final selection for the winner of AI solutions.
