AI Engineer
Job description
•As an AI Engineer at Phare Health, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning models. You will work on challenging problems in the healthcare revenue cycle space, leveraging large datasets to build predictive models, automate processes, and derive actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to integrate AI capabilities into our core platform. This is a hybrid role based out of our Cambridge, MA office OR fully remote for exceptional candidates.
Preferred experiences
•MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Experience with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data structures.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
