Job description
•As a Senior Software Engineer at Phare Health, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling our AI-powered platform designed to revolutionize healthcare revenue cycle management. You will work closely with a talented team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable software solutions. Your expertise will be vital in tackling complex technical challenges and driving innovation in the healthcare industry. This is a hybrid role based out of our Cambridge, MA office OR fully remote for exceptional candidates.
Preferred experiences
•5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Proficiency in Python and experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proven ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
