Business Development Representative
Job description
•As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Phare Health, you will be a key player in driving our growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating interest in our AI-powered solutions, and building a pipeline of opportunities for the sales team. You will research target accounts, initiate outreach campaigns, and effectively communicate Phare Health's value proposition to prospects in the healthcare industry. This is a hybrid role based out of our Cambridge, MA office OR fully remote for exceptional candidates.
Preferred experiences
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
1-2 years of experience in a BDR, sales development, or similar role, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
