SavFood is a startup with a vision to fight food waste by coming up with new and innovative solutions from excess produce, potential waste and residual flows from the food processing industry. They are focused on producing new and innovative products from the residual flows of the food processing industry, adding value to what would otherwise be waste. One of their initial products, Prumbs™, is made from potato peel waste.
