VesselSens develops an implantable sensor system for wireless restenosis detection. Their product, StentGuard, aims for rapid, reliable, low-cost, and early diagnosis of restenosis non-invasively. The system is implanted during stent implantation or balloon angioplasty, transmits data to a cloud service for analysis, and provides the restenosis degree to clinicians, physicians, and patients via a web interface.
