Zacharie is an official free public digital service for hunters and stakeholders in the wild game meat recovery chain (collectors, game processing establishments, veterinary inspection services). It allows the creation of initial wild game inspection forms in a unique, shared, modifiable, and traceable digital format for all actors in the chain. Its primary goal is to improve the completeness and reliability of sanitary and traceability information for processed game meat, thereby enhancing the sanitary quality of meat on the market, reducing food poisoning risks, and minimizing food waste.
