ReFIT® is seeking a reliable General Laborer / Construction Assistant to support our installation teams. Responsibilities include job site preparation and cleanup, material handling and transport, assisting installers with various tasks, demolition work, and other general labor duties as required. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively in a construction environment.

Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Reliability and punctuality are essential. Must be able to follow directions and work safely.
