Project Consultant

As a Project Consultant at ReFIT®, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners looking to remodel their bathrooms. Responsibilities include conducting in-home consultations, understanding client needs, providing design recommendations, preparing estimates, and closing sales. You will work closely with our design and installation teams to ensure a smooth project flow.

Proven sales experience, preferably in home improvement or construction. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand design concepts and technical aspects of remodeling. Comfortable with in-home consultations.
