Journeyman Carpenter / Lead Installer

Seeking an experienced Journeyman Carpenter to lead our bathroom installation projects. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the installation process, managing on-site crew members (when applicable), ensuring adherence to design plans and quality standards, problem-solving technical challenges, and maintaining a safe work environment. Must be skilled in various aspects of carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and finishing related to bathroom remodels.

Journeyman-level carpentry skills with significant experience in residential remodeling, particularly bathrooms. Leadership skills and experience managing small crews. Proficiency in reading blueprints and plans. Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and tiling basics. Commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
