Installation Apprentice

Join ReFIT® as an Installation Apprentice and gain valuable hands-on experience in the bathroom remodeling trade. You will work alongside experienced Lead Installers, assisting with various tasks including demolition, preparation, material handling, basic carpentry, and site cleanup. This is an opportunity to learn skills in carpentry, tiling, and potentially basic plumbing/electrical under supervision. Must be eager to learn, reliable, and physically capable of performing construction tasks.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Interest in construction or skilled trades. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Physical ability to handle tools and materials and perform manual labor. Basic tool knowledge is a plus but not required.
