About the role

As a Lead Front End Engineer at Sesamers you will be responsible to:

• Lead the development of our user interfaces using React and other modern web technologies.
• Mentor and guide a team of front-end engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• Establish and promote best practices for front-end development.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
• Drive innovation and continuously improve our front-end infrastructure.

• 7+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Deep expertise in React and its ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and to a high standard.
• Experience with TypeScript.
