Job description

Digital Riders is looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our team in Lisbon. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring their needs are met, projects are delivered successfully, and relationships flourish.

What you'll do:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

- Understand client needs and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor.

- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

- Oversee project execution from initiation to completion, coordinating with internal teams (development, design, marketing).

- Communicate project progress, timelines, and potential issues to clients.

- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing client relationships.

- Prepare reports on account status and provide insights.

Preferred experiences

What you bring:

- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience in digital agencies or tech companies is a plus.

- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
