Senior Product Manager
Job description
•We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key product areas at Digital Riders. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and launch successful products that meet user needs and business objectives. This role is based in our Lisbon office.
What you'll do:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Collaborate with design teams to create exceptional user experiences.
- Develop product positioning and messaging.
- Lead product launches, working with marketing, sales, and other departments.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and user feedback to inform product decisions.
- Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally.
Preferred experiences
•What you bring:
- Proven work experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a senior role within the tech industry.
- Demonstrable experience managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, particularly Agile methodologies.
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development or web technologies is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of market research, user research, and data analysis techniques.
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent preferred.
