Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Job description
•Acceleration Robotics is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers for our robotics hardware acceleration solutions. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients in target markets through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, events, etc.). Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone calls, and social media outreach. Understand customer needs and articulate the value proposition of Acceleration Robotics' solutions. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings/demos for the Business Development Managers. Maintain accurate records of activities and prospect information in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies. Location: Vitoria-Gasteiz, Basque Country (Spain) - Hybrid work.
Preferred experiences
•Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing role (B2B tech preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. High energy, self-motivated, and persistent. Ability to quickly learn technical concepts. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Experience in the robotics, automation, or semiconductor industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets. Familiarity with sales engagement tools. Fluency in other languages is a plus.

Acceleration Robotics focuses on designing custom semiconductor building blocks, specifically FPGAs (Field-Programmable Gate Arrays) and SoCs (Systems-on-Chip), to accelerate robot computations. They create customized 'brains' for robots, aiming to significantly reduce response times and enable high-performance robotic systems. Their solutions involve hardware acceleration techniques tailored for robotics applications, particularly targeting the acceleration of ROS (Robot Operating System) computations and DDS network stacks, moving beyond traditional CPU-based approaches.
